On the corridor that leads to the Nautilus room, at the Aquarium Finisterrae of A Coruña, there is a large photography which description says:

``The Aegean Sea oil tanker ran aground the December 3rd of 1992 in front of the Tower of Hércules, and eighty thousand tons of crude oil were poured into the waters of A Coruña. The oil caught fre just after the accident, and a dense cloud of black smoke covered the city. The images of the catastrophe went around the world.’’

En el pasillo que lleva a la sala Nautilus del Aquarium Finisterrae de A Coruña hay colgada una gran fotografía cuya descripción dice:

‘‘El petrolero Mar Egeo encalló el 3 de Diciembre de 1992 frente a la Torre de Hércules, y ochenta mil toneladas de crudo se vertieron en las aguas coruñesas. El petróleo se incendió poco después del accidente, y una densa nube de humo negro cubrió la ciudad. Las imágenes de la catástrofe dieron la vuelta al mundo.’’
